Had to order special tracks for our door they came in exactly when I was told they would arrive and scheduled the install in a very timely manner. I was not able to be at the house the day the install was scheduled and got a call from the installer stating he would like to add some wood behind the track brackets to make it nicer and gave him the ok to do so with some wood I had stacked in the garage. I went there the next day and was completely blown away at how great of a job those guys did for me! I will highly recommend Carlson to anyone looking for new doors and definitely use them again thank you very much for the bangin job. Very happy with the service bro’s A+ 👍🏻 ~ Brian B

In today's world the bar is low. People don't return your calls, show up, do what they say, etc. Here is the exception - Carlson Garage Doors. I sent a form email over a weekend and Eric called me on Monday and showed up the next day and gave me a quote. He said the doors would be delivered to him in 4 weeks and he would schedule me. That is exactly what happened. His team then installed the Haas Garage Doors to perfection. They look fantastic. This is a top shelf company that I can recommend with the highest degree of confidence. ~ Patrick W

My Door broke fraiday and I call carlson garage door fraiday around 6 pm.i get phon call back from them 7pm and Mr Eric told me he come to see my door on Monday 2pm.he come right on time afther he my door he give me all options. My garage spring snapped on Sunday, I called Carlson Garage Doors on Monday morning and they were at my house by 1:30pm. They replaced the broken spring in 30 minutes and I had a fully functioning garage door. Very friendly, fair-priced and great service. I highly recommend Carlson Garage Doors. ~ Tony C
